Fixed Prices – You’ll have peace of mind that the price your given at the outset is the price you’ll pay.  We want you to be re-assured this cost is final.  You will not be charged for delays out of your control.


Preparing for the move –  It is integral that plenty of time is given to the organisation of this big day.  Dependant on how long your given between exchange of contracts and completion we usually suggest you start packing at least two weeks before the move itself.  That is why if you choose to do your own packing we shall provide ample boxes and packing material to your door approximately two weeks before the move. 


Moving day –.  Once the vehicles are loaded we’ll make our way to your next home and wait for the completion to be confirmed by your solicitor.  You’ll then be given a call by the estate agent you’ve bought the house from to say you can pick up the keys.  Pick them up, meet us at the property and we’ll ensure the transition is conducted as smoothly and quickly as possible.  Please note that unlike many of our competitors we do not charge any extra for added or extra time that our operatives spend waiting around.


Insurance – All of the goods we handle and move are fully insured.  From your old home to your new home, rest assured that should breakages occur, they are fully covered.


Cleaning – Picture the day, you’re running around reading gas and electric meters, collecting keys aswell as trying to leave the old house tidy.  Do not worry, as part of our service we can include a cleaner who as our team are emptying the house will be working alongside them cleaning the skirting boards and windows, hoovering and giving the bathroom and kitchen a last minute blast.   Please discuss this option with our transport manager.


Post Moving day – After the move and you’ve managed to unpack most of the items then we ask you to call us.  We’ll then arrange to come along and pick up those boxes and packing material lent to you free of charge.
